    Great people, clear direction from leadership on goals/objectives, and quality product. Contributes a lot to the communities around the various locations.

    Cons

    Goals, while clearly defined, can be extremely lofty and difficult to achieve with out the exact market conditions. Forces us to stretch, but can be discouraging at times.

    Pros

    You get a paycheck.

    You work with good people

    Otherwise nothing else, it's a call center so you get yelled at every day.

    Cons

    Lack of Vision - Company constantly changing tools and policy but never thinking about how it will affect customers and employees.

    Dishonesty - You're told not to lie to the customer, but you're also told not to tell the customer that there is a known issue with an appliance even though there's notices about known issues and your last 100 calls were about the same issue customer is calling in about.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Help your employees by not asking them to lie to a customer but tell them not to lie. Admit to the customer that an appliance has a design flaw and help make it right. Don't let the Rep get yelled at over something we should be helping a customer with if we're being honest.
