Former Employee – worked at Wonderful Brands full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Allows you to work independently, fun concept of brands, good business trip locations
Cons – Management is NOT united, and very unorganized at times. Not open to new ideas and suggestions even thought some say they are, they don't mean it. If you have been there long enough, you know not to speak up and try to fly under the radar for fear of loosing your job.
Advice to Senior Management – Be proactive as opposed to reactive, support your management and the decisions they make, and don't back stab and make things up to cover your own faults.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
