I have been working at Xerox full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Good technical and process initiatives...

    Cons

Company does not value its long term employees. Moving out after 10 years - major reasons are the very less pay against market standards and absolutely no motivation or career progress..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When your long term employees leave, you aren't just losing a resource, but you loose valuable domain experience too.. You really need some good employee retention plans in place
