I have been working at Xerox full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible working hours having worked from home for the last 15 years.

    Cons

Xerox services strategy changes almost annually. Pay has been frozen for over 4 years. Instituting a furlough program to show profit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Solidify strategy and allow more opportunity to run a business we have successfully run before becoming a part of Services.

I worked at Xerox full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The hiring process did not take long at all and the recruiters are very nice.

    Cons

They hire almost everyone that fills out an application and therefore their turn around rate is so high. There is a lot of drama going on there, its like being on the maury show

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more caring and understanding towards your employees, and hire more intelligent and professional people
