    Pros

    Company still believes in paying the employee's fairly with 401k, and commissions.

    Cons

    Call centers are contracts, poor management in past.

    Pros

    Xerox gives you amazing training that you won't see at many other companies. Also, if you can make it in the copier industry, you can dominate sales anywhere. You will experience those who are go getters and see a lot of people turn into turnovers.

    Cons

    Even management saw a lot of turnovers which made it hard for our location to have a direction. Also there needed to be more followups on goals and career moves. Also it was so much about hitting sales numbers and not much follow up with the customer... which can lead to a bad reputation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Compensation is great, and why reps are there. But when you hire so many people out of college, focus on the ones who do well and make sure they see Xerox as a career path.

    Pros

    Pros are excellent management and professionalism. I thoroughly enjoyed working here. Managers were helpful and dedicated to their employee's success. Excellent leaders in the way they served those under them.

    Cons

    This for me was a contract position from the start. I would rather have been a full time employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    No real advice. Managers that are dedicated to the success of their employees are the ones you want to work for. It is difficult for me to comment on compensation and benefits and career opportunities as I was a contract employee for only 11 months. If I could have worked here as a full time employee, I would have.

    Pro virtual/home office work environment. New leadership team - going through some organizational changes that

    Cons

    Employees are really just a number at this point. Going through organizational changes that are challenging. This is a pro and a con. Also there is a lot of bureaucracy.
