Pros – It is good place to work: Nice work environment, good work benefits, friendly staff atmosphere. Management is fairly effective

Cons – Slow at innovation, salaries lower than similar companies
Some technical tools were outdated, hard to do an efficient work with

Cons – no clear career path , things keeps on changing every now and then, you are never sure where are you going; you can loose your job at any moment.

People are concerned with work and beyond that no questions would be asked.
Quite friendly and conducive environment

Cons – few projects are crappy with not much of direction.
Not much otherwise. Priorities are not that well set and direction changes quite often
