Cons – no clear career path , things keeps on changing every now and then, you are never sure where are you going; you can loose your job at any moment.

Cons – Absolutely no career development, your idea will not be listened, if you are an engineer, be prepared to be a code monkey.
No strategy at all.
Advice to Senior Management – Yahoo London engineering team is really not competitive, due to the poor management. The senior director should leave.

Pros – relaxed, informal.
People are concerned with work and beyond that no questions would be asked.
Quite friendly and conducive environment
Cons – few projects are crappy with not much of direction.
Not much otherwise. Priorities are not that well set and direction changes quite often

Cons – directionless, poor middle management, little benefit
