Current Employee – been working at adidas
Pros – free gym, free parking, great people to work with, get to meet some sporting stars, nice environment with the new office building.
Cons – not enough money for the responcibilty, too many managers, too much work for the head count on the floor, managers are recognised but not the staff
Advice to Senior Management – more appreciation should be given as the responcibilty put on staff far outways the salary's paid.

Former Employee – worked at adidas
Pros – international environment, perfect place to be for sport lovers, great chance to learn and grow up within the company
Cons – really a few. I could mention that depending on the country you work for the salary might be not very high but in any case quite proportional to the country salaries level. strong "politics" in some departments: you need a mentor inside the company if you really want to get on career. But which companies are really different in that?

Former Employee – worked at adidas as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Team involvement, positive environment, professional yet relaxed and casual, sums up adidas for me
Cons – Some departments could have a possibility of having a certain majority of a nationality and that needs to be liquidized and more culturally diverse teams to be set up.
Advice to Senior Management – Culturally diverse teams to be set up. Do not post vacancies on the external website unless there is an actual vacancy- dummy vacancies have been seen many times- with no positions to fill or already filled roles.

Former Employee – worked at adidas part-time for less than a year
Pros – Great discount on clothing and shoes and good scheduling hours
Cons – Could be "high school " atmosphere . Training consisted of reading booklets for two days.
Advice to Senior Management – Do a different training strategy and and just don't throw the employee at a cash register and show a check out one time and walk away.

Current Employee – been working at adidas full-time for more than a year
Pros – Free clothes and shoes, employee discount
Cons – Upper management is out of touch, the company talks about people all the time but the company only talks the talk. Environment is a locker room. Everyone has something to say but does nothing. Backstabbing and stepping on people to look good is the norm. Company threatens people all the time.
Advice to Senior Management – Wake up. The company is out of touch with the Stores. Step on too many people and soon there will be none to step on. The word will get out about the company. You talk about people but you chew them up and spit them out without a care.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
