Abt Sales Salaries

Hi All, What are people’s thoughts on asking for a salary increase six months into a new role / prior to your annual review?? I know that the salary cap for my role is 10k more then what i’m currently making and am curious if the odds of getting that increase before my 1 yr is possible?? When I signed on the cap for the role is what I make now but has since gone up. My performance has been strong (based off of meetings with my director) and I think my boss would be willing to have a convo abt it

hi all! igot a job offer for a senior PM role. i am so excited about the job & so keen to get out of my current PM job. the salary for this job is ~65k. I have extremely relevant experience to this job and have worked super closely with the tech they use and would be their first tech hire. This is a job in the EU where salaries are low and this is a startup. however, i am currently at 70k as a PM, and the range for senior pm in eu is 60-100. Should I ask for more? I’m worried abt them rescinding

I'm currently an audit S3 and will make mgr in May. A F100 company reached out to me abt joining their lA department as a senior. The comp is ~23% higher than my current salary, while only about 2k higher than my mgr salary will be next Oct. (bonus is much better in the lA role). This is a company I'd like to work for in the future, but am worried I'll get stuck in a senior level role and also think making mgr. at B4 will look good on my resume in the future. Would it be a mistake to leave now?
