SUMMARY
As the CAD Systems Support Analyst for Oshkosh Truck Corporation, you will serve as the technical resource for CATIA V5 and Smarteam users by providing the initial point of contact. You will capture problem information, provide user support and training and generate problem reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for procedure, methodology and training development, including tips and techniques. The security risk level for this position is moderate; therefore, the incumbent may be subject to additional background screening requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer calls made to the CATIA V5 & Smarteam support center. Provides support to callers by addressing the problem and provide a design or procedural solution. Track all calls received
Communicate problem solutions and resolution to affected parties as appropriate and follow up with affected parties to close problem reports
Maintain a support center database of calls and problems
Develop and maintain CATIA V5 procedures, design & usage methodology, tips and techniques as well as identify training needs for the CATIA V5 user community
Notify management of business impacting problems
Continually develop extensive technical knowledge of CATIA V5 & Smarteam applications and their use through a quarterly training program
Attend training in CATIA V5 and Smarteam on a regular basis to keep abreast of enhancements and product improvements
Provide feedback to management and other internal departments on product usage problem areas
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree and 4-plus years related experience or Bachelor's degree and related internship experience
