Good benefits But could be better, especially as the company grows.
The holiday. 20 days is not enough. It closes over Christmas and I would happily work over Christmas or have the choice and have 25 days holiday like everyone else.
You get the gap between Christmas and New Year off. That can be really useful if you're planning travel over the Christmas period.
Benefits are good, however it could be improved further with potentially flexible benefits options.
Gym membership contribution, breakfast on Mondays and a drinks cart with £100 pound bar tab on a Friday. Health insurance for employees that have been there over a year and pension contribution was offered begrudgingly when it became statuary,
