‘Just normal sick pay, as required by law. During the pandemic, if the employee got ill during the annual leave, no sick leave would be considered.’
The pension is good they match 7% which is done through Aviva and a share scheme which you can choose shares. Depending on your level you get health insurance which you can pay to add family members hsould you choose to do so. You receive a discount card for The Perfume Shop & Superdrug. Also Three mobile sim deals There is also interest free company loans which can be used for travel, and codes for discounts at Gyms, Cinema and als cycle to work scheme
Great benefits which increase as you go higher in the company. From Pension which you can manage shares vis online portal, Health cover, to reduced cinema tickets and shopping experiences within and outside the company.
It is pretty much in line with the market, but nothing outstanding. In the end, most of the benefits you really have to pay for, so in reality, they just give you a discount.
The benefits are available but you will need to purchase and organise at the beginning of a new year. Some benefits are automatic, depending on your job level.
The team and departments are very supportive and collaborative
Private health care, personal performance bonus scheme, summer hours, flex days, Superdrug and Perfume shop discount
So many benefits - there is a talk where they run through them all. Such as holiday discounts, gym disc ounts, loans, dental insurance etc! The best was the discount at Superdrug, the perfume shop etc!
Best thing is that A.S.Watson contribute to pension package . also holidays increase in terms of longer service. but they do not provide any health care services .
It was just terrible. I got paid £6.70, with no break, terrible management. Do not reccomend.
Decent pension package and that's about it. Everything is pretty average.
