Nothing.. they just give you what is required by law... Although they try to sell you the idea that they are giving you the best benefits in the market.
No benefit , you have 21 days holiday you have to give to alten 4days
good health insurance, no other benefits!
Some good benefits like private health insurance. Other benefits could be improved like sick leave policy.
Good; Bupa Private Insurance and Travel insurance to cover both business and private trips. Pension scheme is good if you are not planning to leave the country. Pensions are not transferrable to France, Spain and Italy for example. So it is useless. Could be better: Only 24 annual leaves but the company is flexible and let you take them all
Private health insurance including dental but only with surgeries under NHL contract. Additional 250£ added to base salary for client (on-site) work. No annual bonuses. No health care annual checks.
Pros - tax free cash paid due to low salary Cons - low salary - lack of transparency in the benefits - they live down to the most basic and required standard by law
there are no benefits - minimum package is offered, statutory rights only
In UK, they offer health and travel insurance, but they almost cover nothing. Fake benefits. Plus, the company does not help at all with the rest so you end up in a foreign country not to know what to do to get your health treated.
