    The more hours you work the more holidays you are entitled to however they have changed it recently to screw people out of holiday

    Bare minimum that they're required to give, but works on a "use it, or lose it" policy, so any you have remaining at the end of the holiday year is wiped off. Added to which, especially around the Christmas period and other times of high activity, holiday is simply not allowed, or very difficult to arrange.
