I was part time and the whole system of accruing hours was not stipulated enough
20 days a year, less for part-time.
Bare minimum that they're required to give, but works on a "use it, or lose it" policy, so any you have remaining at the end of the holiday year is wiped off. Added to which, especially around the Christmas period and other times of high activity, holiday is simply not allowed, or very difficult to arrange.
It is the industry standard.

This is actually pretty good with extra days accrued if you work over time
24 days isn't a bad allowance
