best about it is that employee pay toward the pension plan as well as the staff
Managed by Legal and General. From what I saw and know (not a huge amount, admittedly), seems to be well governed, with a decent suite of options to allow working with your personal preferences, needs.

on minimum wage its hard to afford to save pension money , you need every penny to feed your family plus asda like to mess up your wages every couple of months to keep you needing overtime so every penny counts
the pension scheme is good
Better when it was final salary. Now you pay in 7% and Asda matches. You can pay in more., your choice.
Just what government put in place
We do have a pension plan but you can't put into it until you're 25 and over which I am not. I did want to put into it but was refused because of my age
very basic,its not much use unless you decide to make larger payments into it each month.
The pension plan changed whilst I was in service and the old plan was great the new plan not a lot of people liked it.
