After so long working there you get 12 weeks full sick pay before ssp
it is not much you get if you go sick and it is very less what you earn in a week .
You receive sick pay from day 1 (no waiting days), and you get full basic pay for up to 6 months. Your sickness absence is reviewed every 6 months and can result in you being "more closely monitored" or even investigated, if you are off too much.
Decent cover, although I am not sure about this now.
You are rated on how much sick time you take and it will affect your annual bonus, in severe cases it eventually could lead to your dismissal from employment.
Usually the pay is incorrect, assuming you get it at all. Constant phone calls asking when you are coming back.
Asda would pay sick pay if you had been off for 2 weeks and had a doctors note, however upon returning your absence is still taken in to account and you can be out in the red grou where you have to have an interview with a manager
I need to fill 20 words, but the sick pay is fine, same is pretty much any retail job, nothing bad or good really.
the first two days you dont get paid but after with a sick line you do
Standard full rate sick pay. Sometimes management were very dismissive of illnesses and were reluctant to allow you time off.
