You have to pay for benefits but quite reasonable, such as hospital visits and death benefits. You only get pension if you earn certain amount. There is a bonus at Christmas but you have to have a year in service

Not like that stopped everyone from getting discount if done correctly with the right people. - You have the Asda Perks website which has another ton of benefits for the colleagues of Asda. However, on some of them you have to provide your Asda discount card. SO if you don't have the card on you, you can't get the discount. - Annual leave is standard but can be flexible to suit you majority of the times. Depending on what time of the year it is and the type of manager who will be accepting/declining the leave request.
