Company pension and death in service benefits are above average in the market. Holiday allowance increases with years with the option to buy or sell holidays each year.
Holidays are easy to book off from your Hr system which is the best thing. They pay a certain amount towards your eye test and glasses if you need them for computer use.
Comprehensive package however they offer better benefits to the companies they cover than their own employees
