Benefits are flexible so you can choose what you want based on a % of your salary. This pension contribution comes from the same pot however so you quickly enter into salary sacrifice.

The benefit's package is great, especially with the new benefits that will be offered at the end of the year. Would be great if they could have a travel discount scheme for employees traveling by bus to work.
Verging benefits packages on offer including flexible benefits such as child care vouchers and flexible working hours as well as free fruit.
Flex benefits are really nice, you can choose from "cycle to work", child care vouchers, private insurance, etc. You can also buy company shares and get some for free if you stay with the company for couple of years.
Offer a nice range of offers which benefits people who don't have children. Even as a contractor you still are considered and are given a full range of benefits as a permanent employee
