‘Very generous holiday allowance which grows with service’
‘not enough well presented and executed but depends more on amazon my temp assignment rather than adecco ’
Great benefits and loads of them!
There was not much involved with the benefits package, we were only allowed to accrew half a paid holiday leave for each working week we were present.
Work from home manage own clients not micro managed
No discernable benefits provided to contractors in my view. Pension contributions were the minimum standard required by UK legislation due to auto enrollment. Flexible working options are only available if your current assignment task manager is agrees the request. Paternity leave was paid at the minimum standard set by uk employment law.
Paid travel time and petrol, 700 pound bonus at the end of the summer contract if all agreed dates were fulfilled
There are no outstanding benefits provided by Adecco.
The best thing is the rate of payment. The worst thing is the unnecessary control from the agency sometimes.
They tax you even though you may have not worked during the year
It was for temporary work, in which they are very experienced and give a good number of opportunities. I have since been offered more work with them which may be helpful in the future.
There is a good range of flexible benefits available, which includes things like dental care, Private Medical Insurance, discounts and savings on shopping, a season ticket loan. The employer pension contributions are in line with the statutory requirements, and it is a shame that it is not a little more. The communication of benefits could be better, because I do not think that everyone is aware of what is available to them.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
