commission structure is fair but only achievable if the local economy is good -extremely dependant on branch location
Offer pension scheme to employees.

Benefits package does not kick in until your probation period of six month is completed. ie If you are sick you do not get paid. Also there study package for ACCA or CIMA is not good the give you £800 a year and after you pass your exams you have to stay at Adecco for 1 more year or you pay back.
