Great commission scheme, health care, pension, season ticket loan
Medical insurance Bank Holidays off Annual Leave 25+ days Award nights Pension scheme And more
all benefits were the statutory minimum, the commission structure was threshold geared and enforced to single digits (this has now changed I believe), Office perks were good and regular - beers, meals, team drinks etc
The commission structure has been changed recently & has been made so much stronger! Season ticket loan after probation period is a massive help, pension, private healthcare, increased holiday with length of service, monthly nights out & casino nights, commission from day one
They advertise a bunch of stuff like health insurance (its a con its not real) and a share scheme (worthless and if you leave you get nothing and no one will ever buy the company anyway
No benefits or rewards whatsoever. Rude, you have to beg for holiday and get any paper work from them. They won't send anything to you. The staff aren't very professional either. The only good thing is weekly wages.
Healthcare is ok - needs to be reviewed in employees eyes. Awards are for the sales roles only (unless you've been there for 5 years +). Sometimes it seems the hard workers are out shined by a large number on a spreadsheet instead of what has been built through research and dedication and supports the sales roles.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
