- Senior Management tends to double book/overbook your sick pay, books sick days on days you're are in the office - you'll have to ensure you provide enough cover before you decide to call sick - tend to force you to work if you are sick, and don't have cover

You get 12 weeks full pay and then this drops to half pay good reassurance if you become seriously ill

I had a bad injury and was very well looked after. It's manager dependant. Mine was amazing. Sick pay is paid accordingly..

You don't get paid Sick Pay during probation, minimum 6 months but managers can make that longer. If you take 3 periods of sickness leave, you don't get Sick Pay after that. Sick Pay all at managers discretion.
