I set up the employee benefits for the EMEA region myself so can't fault them! Prior to that employees in EMEA did not have any employee benefits except those required by law. In my opinion, the benefits packages in all those countries are very competitive and are more generous than some other companies offer.
Bonuses were hard, near impossible to get 100% - pointless. Working 45-50 hours in a regular role and then expected to take on extra work outside of this to 'earn' your bonus.
