Health benefits, PTO is pretty good, and maternity leave is great.
Office shutdown during Christmas period - New Year's Eve (paid time off). New health related perks like dance classes and yoga classes onsite
To be honest i was quite disappointed with Airbnb's benefit, which is probably because i was spoiled in Microsoft. MS give dad 16 weeks for paternity leave which its only 10 for airbnb, MS match $9000 for 401 for everybody while airbnb only give you 2% of match, health premium is higher and out of pocket cost is also much higher for family. Overall its good since everybody else think so, but comparing to Microsoft, there is still a long way. Only after left Microsoft, you know how generous it is in benefits.
Best: so generous and comprehensive. I love knowing the maternity benefits that await me if I have a child while at work. The travel stipend is wonderful. Cons: golden handcuffs.
Airbnb Credit and Health Insurance
They are really competitive with stock grants. Latest equipment, really cool workspace. Company has a really unique culture. The brand is amazing and opens many doors for you in general even if you decide to leave one day. They are working very, very hard to iron out any problems and are super receptive to feedback (my manager is very receptive to feedback). Executives take questions "hotseat" at company meetings and answer them openly and honestly and its pretty transparent in that way. The friendly brand bleeds all the way into the culture which is also open, friendly and inclusive. It is definitely a cool company.
Great benefits and lots of perks like company travel credit.
It was great. We were well taken care of, even as temporary full time employees. Health, dental, travel perks on Airbnb.com, they were all included.
Best thing is the health insurance. I've never had a package where everything was covered.
Health insurance, parking subsidy, 401k match, free lunches, great dental plan
