Dulux is a great brand to work for. The people are friendly and there are lots of opportunities for people to learn. The my choice scheme has a good range of additional benefits.

Bonus is ok. Other than that, very little that you would claim as benefit. Every year you can buy some more holidays or get an interest free loan for a bike. Other than that, forget it

Fairly good benefit package, particularly time off between Christmas and New Year. Could have improved on flexible working.

The general policy with Akzo is what is the minimum we can get away with. Overall the senior managers had nothing but contempt for the work force and would offer as little as possible. Training was particularly poor and there is a lot of staff bullying. Ever since Akzo took it over it got worse and worse.
