Pay wasn’t the best but the uniform allowance and discount was great (if you work for head office, in store you have to pick from a look book)
Generous uniform allowance and 50% discount
50% off wardrobe, good opportunities to develop
30 days holiday (excluding bank holidays) 50% discount, uniform allowance, discounted gym membership, can get commission from big sales
50% off discount and great uniform allowance, with 1k worth of free clothes per season (in head office) - unfortunately that's one of the biggest perks. Standard holiday allowance although unable to take any holiday from Nov-Jan meaning less than great time off for Xmas. Pension Contribution= average. No private health care or gym schemes, poor company culture/employee value
You HAVE to use the benefits as you have to wear the clothing every single day & it is always the same look as the clothes are great but very similar every season. Also the uniform allowance will be taxed so expect high charges. I was charged 300 pounds without warning when leaving the company.
Free seasonal uniform although these are pre-approved looks from head office. The clothes aren't made to be worn, washed and worked nearly every day so they might not last the full 6 months but free expensive clothes is still great
its very hard to hit your target .. you want at least £1000 value of sale for £50 commisiion which to be honest is very difficult to make if youre not working in the flagship as people dont spend anyhere close to as much
Good uniform and staff discount
pro people working there are cool uniform allowance 50 percent employee discount con the managemenr
