Free seasonal uniform although these are pre-approved looks from head office. The clothes aren't made to be worn, washed and worked nearly every day so they might not last the full 6 months but free expensive clothes is still great
The only benefit is actually the discount and clothing allowance.
its very hard to hit your target .. you want at least £1000 value of sale for £50 commisiion which to be honest is very difficult to make if youre not working in the flagship as people dont spend anyhere close to as much
the only benefit is the discount and pension scheme but only 1%
Good uniform and staff discount
pro people working there are cool uniform allowance 50 percent employee discount con the managemenr
Fantastic uniform and discount package
Best is free clothes, worst is the mindless people in management who are deluded and pretentious
Amazing uniform and discount benefit
The best thing would be getting free uniform, which should be 6 pieces instead of 1/0 that most employees end up getting. The worst thing is that the company does not follow the basic rules of the EU Laws, especially when it comes to returns. I was refused a return on an item that I purchased as an employee, simply not to affect trading at my store, then was shouted at for even trying.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
