Great private health insurance including free gym membership. Very good is also the office drinks, food, breakfast etc. The team events also have a generous budget. One this that could be improved is the pension plan.
Solid benefit scheme which is still improving. You can tell there went a lot of consideration into expanding the offering

Good: great offices and work environment, snacks/fruits in the kitchen, individual budget to attend conferences, secure bike store + showers, subsidised cafeteria Not good: No private health insurance, small pension, standard 25 days holidays per annum.
Great environment with many lifestyle benefits. There is not healthcare but we are all covered on the NHS. There are also corporate discounts around.
minimum benefits package however this did not really bother me. Otherwise, great place to work and would recommend to a friend
