They do offer sick pay I heard but dont have experience of
Basic Sick Pay is 3 weeks full paid in one financial year. Every year you spend in the company brings you an additional week to sick paid. If you are in sickness because of an incident at work, they pay you in full for the full period of recovering.
Limited via time served to 5 yrs n stopped and like holiday only accumulated via 8hrs even though 10hrs shifts been in place for 3 years holiday hrs dont match shift hrs accumultivly. Tier3 to tier4 huge gap on sickness and holiday pay???!! When most leads/pa's run the shift.
all full time employee get a number of paid sick days per annum
Starts pretty much a soon as you start at Amazon and is not tied to your probation period beyond the amount paid
If you take sick leave Amazon eventually finds a way to fire you
No sick pay. If you are sick, you have to take the day off from your paid holiday or as unpaid holiday. If you are sick in work place and have to leave due to the sickness, you will not get paid for the rest of the hours of that shift.
I took a day off as was really sick and then was told that i only get paid after i take 3 or more days off. this in my opinion makes people take longer off work and no incentive to get back sooner.
Never had to use the sick pay - others have and have not had an issue with it. Fairly Standard stuff.
Its standard industry sick pay
