Benefits are very good for management level.
Good medical insurance for low cost
The best thing was that you know exactly how many hours you've worked and you are paid up to the last minute.
They paid every extra minute. They are serious on that aspect.
Not sure if flexible working is an actual benefit, but it is to me! I have been lucky to have a couple of amazing managers who let me work from home 3 days a week, work flexible hours and have taken personal leave when I’ve needed it.
Quite a few benefits on offer but still no flexible working hours and you can't work from home. No help with fuel vouchers either considering how far they are from city centres.
The benefits are reasonable. For contractors you're paid for the hours you work and there's plenty of overtime. There are also quite a few permanent opportunities that become available during the contract period. Min 40 hours a week but plenty of opportunities to work up to 50 and earn really good money.
Competitive benefits package including strong working from home culture and comparable benefits like pension, holidays, private medical etc. to other top-tier employers in London. Very disappointing Amazon discount and no free Prime.
Private health insurance, life insurance, pension, vouchers for gym, cycle to work scheme etc. Lots of flexibility offered in choice of different benefits.
not Worth the hassle.
