Competitive benefits package including strong working from home culture and comparable benefits like pension, holidays, private medical etc. to other top-tier employers in London. Very disappointing Amazon discount and no free Prime.
Private health insurance, life insurance, pension, vouchers for gym, cycle to work scheme etc. Lots of flexibility offered in choice of different benefits.
25 days of vacation, ability to work from home & flexible working hours (depending on manager & team), free fruit in the office daily, great shower facilities with fresh towels in the cycle hub, 10% off on website for items Amazon sells & ships, RSU grants for new employees as part of comp package plus new grants for yearly performance
good wages and bonuses, time and a half then double time for working extra nights
not Worth the hassle.
It is what I was expecting in terms of employee benefits. The worst thing is that it takes time to kickin and the pension contributuo from Amazon is low.
They are fine, can be more but I'm happy
the best thing is they have flexible working hours and working from home options; the worst thing is, maybe its not bad thing as its still benefits. Employee has 10% off when buying certain things on the platform, but max is 100 pounds/annual
You get paid a small amount working for the second most valuable company in the world.
