    Competitive benefits package including strong working from home culture and comparable benefits like pension, holidays, private medical etc. to other top-tier employers in London. Very disappointing Amazon discount and no free Prime.

    25 days of vacation, ability to work from home & flexible working hours (depending on manager & team), free fruit in the office daily, great shower facilities with fresh towels in the cycle hub, 10% off on website for items Amazon sells & ships, RSU grants for new employees as part of comp package plus new grants for yearly performance

    It is what I was expecting in terms of employee benefits. The worst thing is that it takes time to kickin and the pension contributuo from Amazon is low.

    the best thing is they have flexible working hours and working from home options; the worst thing is, maybe its not bad thing as its still benefits. Employee has 10% off when buying certain things on the platform, but max is 100 pounds/annual
