    Honestly, for a company as wealthy as Amazon, benefits aren't great. Pension match is topped at 4%, 10% off Amazon website products up to 1k GBP purchases but only from Amazon sellers, stocks awarded, and curiously of all, no free Prime membership. Free coffee, tea, and fruit in the office, but that's honestly about it.
