Many options to add in via a choices program. The higher the job bands the more options and greater perks you are offered. The pension matching was great, for a band C they match up to 6%. For all employees, there is a good 'save with amey' site, which gives you many ways to save money in day to day life. For example, cashback, discount cards at many well known everyday stores, cheaper cinema tickets etc.
Option to buy/sell additional annual leave. Flexible working option available to all employees.
PDR and pay rise are still low compared to the job market
Flexible working is a great benefit. Able to work at home if and when needed.
