‘I have not personally used the cycle to work scheme, but from what I have read this is a good scheme which if looking in the sales with the pre-income tax purchase can create a huge saving off bike, clothing and equipment.’
Good benefits package overall, good life cover and annual leave with ability to buy more
24 days holiday, good matching on pensions, great range of flexible benefits covering health, travel and able to purchase additional holiday.
Holidays and Time off are very reasonable
Car schemes and other benefits.
Flexible working hours, and greadt benifits
Good standard A/L coverage with 24 days plus bank holidays.
Many options to add in via a choices program. The higher the job bands the more options and greater perks you are offered. The pension matching was great, for a band C they match up to 6%. For all employees, there is a good 'save with amey' site, which gives you many ways to save money in day to day life. For example, cashback, discount cards at many well known everyday stores, cheaper cinema tickets etc.
Option to buy/sell additional annual leave. Flexible working option available to all employees.
PDR and pay rise are still low compared to the job market
Flexible working is a great benefit. Able to work at home if and when needed.
