Competitive benefits package includes car benefit, shares, bonus scheme. It is a fixed package however which doesn’t allow you to divert funds between benefits , though it is not very flexible.
Salary - Probably above average industry Benefits - Below what other companies usually offer (car allowance, dental insurance,...)

Contractors get zero benefits includin wfh
the working atmosphere is good and there are many experienced industry professionals working there. the working environment is also very good e.g. office facilities etc
Holidays are competitive with industry. Private health insurance is offered from Bupa and cost/benefit ratio is very minimal for a typical family (good for a single). Dental is also offered but too expensive to benefit -- cheaper to fly abroad to EU for private treatments. Opportunity for a flexible working only for Perm employees.
