‘They don't make a big deal of people being sick, you're sick you're sick. Full pay and loads of get well soon messages ’
‘You have the option to work from home, beach, golf club as long as the work is done no drama. Flexi-working is a lovely benefit too. ’
Average annual leave for London, office is well stocked with snacks, drinks and pantry with bread, yoghurts and cereals etc. to make breakfast, there are regular events in the office. It might not be best benefits package ever, but it's above average.
Very flexible working mentality with constantly evolving package inc. best in class maternity / paternity cover!
Great working flexibility, Fully stacked kitchen
Amazing lunches every Friday :), they really look after you. Offering amazing holiday package, flexi-working, pension, healthcare and many more benefits that make life a little easier and work much better.
Private health is good. Pension is good... sadly no additional and favourable schemes such as; cycle to work or health and well being activities in general- although they do run a weekly yoga class for employees!
Cannot extend benefits to spouse
Flexible working hours/ability to work from home when required
Not a bad benefits package overall. Pension contributions could be better, as could the sick pay (2 weeks), but the holiday time, free snacks, share scheme and others help to balance it out.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
