‘cutting hours after 12 weeks’
Best thing is after 12 weeks pay rises to match the other Royal Mail staff. Flexible working hours (input online when you can work and they will text or assign you possible shifts).
Perfect, Employee friendly, time flexible
The payment rate is good just when you complete 12 weeks, but when you reach that they cut you hours
You receive a good pension Scheme you receive afer working between 14-16 weeks. Where you have to work at least once a week for 14-16 weeks
They do offer a pension scheme, payed for the holidays not used when leaving company. No job security on a zero hour contract.
