Benefits not consistently applied sometimes

good pension package, loyalty scheme and health scheme
Best - Flexibility is unrivalled Worst - Pay and recognition are very dependent on which part of the business you work in. Water ops is not great compared to others
The best thing is private health insurance. The worst, private pension scheme.
No parity across business units for levels of responsibility
Private healthcare, pension, training, everything you could want.....its a partof life.
The best thing is the flexible and remote working policy. This enables work life balance and helps employees to contribute fully to their job but also meet personal commitments.
Private healthcare including immediate free access to physiotherapy is great, it's a shame there are no flexible benefits at the moment.
