Bonus scheme gives excellent opportunities, but is only paid out if the company performs well. Salaries are fair otherwise

Beer allowance is a plus, however bonuses (when results were good) were definitely competitive. Whilst infrastructure enabled WFH, there was an odd "be seen" vibe that meant it was looked down upon unless critically needed.
