50% off full price items, 20% off sale items
30% discount on cheap underwear
Season ticket loan, generous pension scheme, free onsite parking, factory shop, staff sample sale twice a year, where you pay £5 and get about £300 worth of products.
30% off. From what I can remember, the benefits package did not have much to it.
The benefits are working with a brand that you are passionate about yourself, aiding women every day and meeting different customers in a fun atmosphere, discount is 50% off on full priced items and 30% off sale items !!!
30% staff discount including all promos and sale. Product testing a few times a year. The salary is lower than comparative retailers.
It is basically non-existent. Unless you are a store manager or assistant manager at a best preforming store, which are the same all the time because of their location etc, you will never get anything. Most you will get is £10 for christmas night out and sometimes not even that
best thing is the 30% discount which they often let you double dip with other discounts in store. worse thing is the bonus scheme that the same stores seem to get all the time,in all the years i`ve worked for them i only ever got bonus once !.
Only noticeable benefit would be 30% off... but even then whenever you use it you have managers guilt tripping you on the amount you spend or the fact you're bringing the ATV down. That and the fact that even with 30% off... the products are low quality and break/rip easy and even then (you're still a customer) but you get guilt tripped about exchanging or bringing faulty stuff back by the company.
no benefits as targets are way to high
