Was really easy to switch shifts. Managers were also really accommodating with requests when scheduling in advance
That needs to be said that working part time you have quite a big flexibility with your hours but mainly due to fact that you can swap shifts with other part time associates. Any 'day off' requests you need to submit 2 weeks in advance. And forget that it will be easy to get public holidays off! It's retail after all, you have to work when everyone else is enjoying themselves during holidays.
