Pension good bonus is nice to get

Limited employee discount scheme may be good for members of included gyms, otherwise not much of interest there. There's death in service pay but I hope not to claim that!
I would advise all candidates not to join this company. Not run with a good structure. Rotas are changing all the time. Sometimes team managers will tell you to work extra hours on the day. The information you receive in a week; you have to process new information all the time. Things are constantly changing. So many people have left. I myself have been discriminated against (i chose to leave it and not pursue it; not worth it). There are certain managers that are unfair, intimidating, unclear and very political. Please do not join this company. There are good people but all the workers have had enough of this place. I know a certain member who was slightly pressured into extending his hours because they were short of candidates; surprise surprise. So much talk of progression - but nothing there. If they like your face - they will talk to you with respect. On a day to day basis - management are very chilled out and carefree. This place needs new teams - i have seen people leave after a day. Joke of a place.
The best thing about the benefits at Arcus FM was that I received a bonus based on my hard work undertaking the job role. I believe that their was not a bad thing about the benefits that Arcus FM offered.
