You get a decent amount and we've had the option to buy extra which has been great
Standard 24 days but able to buy upto 10 extra days a year!
A fair amount even if you are on a low hours contract. For a 6 hour a week contract I was told a total of 36 hours could be taken.
the amount of annual leave is pretty standard, the way they blackout when you can take them without notice is a major pain and team leaders are not very understanding especially of those on a fixed term contract.
Depends entirely on position and how long you have been with the company. Management seem to be off every other week
up to 29 days after service
Full time contracts are only 25 hours despite working hours being around 40. This means only base rate of pay (25 hours) is provided when taking holidays. ~25 days holiday per year. Holidays are restricted, cannot be taken November thru January and cannot be taken June-July during summer catalogue launch.
This is fairly good - not sure if it's only good due to my length of service, as I don't think new staff get quite as long.
As i work mainly weekends they can be a bit difficult about time off and annul leave
Three weeks are mandatory each year and you can choose when to take them, allowing for you to pick when you can take your holidays and plan accordingly, which is very helpful and decent of the company.
