10% discount and somewhat decent holidays depending on years of service.
Nothing really springs to mind. Most have been reduced to legal minimums. Nothing exciting. All dull. Some discount on overpriced goods, not so good really
You will get a 25% discount in Habitat, a 10% discount in Argos and a 10% discount in Sainsbury’s after 3 months of employment.
You only get 10% discount off your purchases by having an a Argos card. A part from that there isn’t much else.
Most of the "benefits" I have selected from the options list are just ones which all employers in the UK have to provide by law! Argos did offer a bonus scheme to its managers, which was based on the performance of the company, the store and the individual (based on KPIs and individual Appraisals) However, no matter how well the store or the individual performed, no bonus was payable to anyone if the company profit threshold wasn't met!
Some perks are good such as discount in Argos and Sainsburys.
Great to work for but i feel that management needs a bit more structure in the store i worked in as rotas were often messed up or some times we would be very short staffed.
There is not a great deal of incentives but the discount is always good. 10%
Great culture always open to add benefits
For Band C and above, comprehensive private health insurance, car or travel allowance, generous staff discount plus discounts with many other partners.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
