I don't know much about the benefits package, but the 10% staff discount at Argos and Sainsbury's is very convenient! a lot of available extra shifts.
All you get is 10% discount, I don't actually shop at a Argos and discount is enough to bother.
10% off Argos and Sainsbury's, 25% off Habitat, have seen better with other employers but still not bad all considered
You get a discount in both argos and Sainsbury's, the more you sell the more shifts you get and system is easy
Avarage holiday entitlement, flexible working environment, company discounts, good pension.
Good holiday allowance and healthcare, poor maternity policy
it was not genreal for everyone to thrive
Ability to buy up to 10 days extra holiday a year plus pension is good!
Worst thing is picking upstairs
The benefits package was completely non existant as most employees were not given enough hours to qualify. Many did not even qualify for paid leave and management would even avoid sending sick people home because it meant they would be required to pay them.
