    I don't know much about the benefits package, but the 10% staff discount at Argos and Sainsbury's is very convenient! a lot of available extra shifts.

    All you get is 10% discount, I don't actually shop at a Argos and discount is enough to bother.

    The benefits package was completely non existant as most employees were not given enough hours to qualify. Many did not even qualify for paid leave and management would even avoid sending sick people home because it meant they would be required to pay them.
