Flexitime and work from home days are great.
3% pension, no sick days. Very poor health insurance that doesn’t even cover cancer. Bonuses capper at 10%
There are some things the sales staff don't get, certain vouchers other members get, but they get plenty other
Bonus. And Flexi time are benefits

Holidays are decent, flexi time is a massive attraction, plenty of progression opportunities!
Only managers and sales staff get any sort of bonus . No real perks for the normal staff they can’t even provide the tools to Do the job properly
