Private health, generous pension, decent annual leave entitles with option to purchase, full suite of health and wellbeing services provided as standard
Energy practice is really focused on Asia.
Private health insurance is good, employer pension contribution should be better as below market.
good pension contribution (max of 7%), income protection. cycle to work scheme. Health insurance scheme is not great.
Its a solid benefits package which i'd describe as industry standard.
The benefits package at Ashurst are actually quite good. There are a wide range of yearly benefits to choose from including technology purchase, cycle to work scheme, travel passes, child care, dental care etc. All in addition to free personal private healthcare (which you can upgrade to include the whole family)
Private health insurance, gym subsidies, season ticket loan.
Paid for private medical insurance is good, fairly good range of flexible benefits. Pension contribution is pretty poor.
Fairly unremarkable package. Bonus lacks transparancy and seems very "all or nothing".
Gym discounts are good and flexible benefits are good
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
