    The sick pay benefit is excellent, the company supports you in your time of need. Not many other companies I know have the same level of cover.

My role comes with a good amount of holiday. Optional benefits I take include healthcare, yearly health check, pension, 24 hour GP access (there are others which I select not to take). Annually there is the potential for a bonus and shares.

Fab maternity leave and pay, great medical cover and lots of options at the yearly benefits review. Negatives are the benefit system isnt explained...at all and you have to mumble through yourself which is less than ideal.

Poor maternity scheme for long term services workers. I moved from another global company (uk based) where top up full salary upto 52 weeks maternity leave. I moved to AZ as I had expectation Swedish family support culture. But it was worse than my previous workplace. With Covid and pandemic situation, we need more support for young family.
