Very good pension scheme, flexible working such as work from home once a week, private health insurance very good overall
Best: overall compensation package e.g. LTIs, Stock Bonus, Cash Bonus, Car Allowance, holidays, flexible working Worst: Stopped matched pension payments
Best: Advantage Fund. Worst: Stock options limited to Directors
The only downside to the benefits package is being aware how to access it all, Agency staff also have limited access to services.
Nothing bad except the gender pay gap
Flexible benefits where you can choose what fits your lifestyle alongside standard options such as sick / maternity pay which are very generous
A good range of benefits
Relaxed and flexible work environment with home working a norm, particularly Fridays. Benefits are fantastic, from holidays to personal health care.
Excellent range of benefits, very comprehensive and looks after the employee and family members
Best: Yearly bonus paid even during lean years. Worst: recent changes to the pension scheme mean no more employer matched contributions, saving the company millions, but costing employees dearly. Company cars not provided to those working over multiple sites as per other companies.
