I was never sick but this benefit was available to me
standard sick pay entitlements as per any UK Management Consultant company. If off work for an extended amount i.e. over 6 months then I think pay may be lowered to 75% or 50%
When you call in sick, you are given sick pay. This showed the organisation understood their employees and cared for them in the time of sickness.
Sick pay is fairly flexible, however, I have never taken any sick leave so I can't comment on the full benefits

Each time you are ill, you need to complete a Return to work interview with your Line Manager. In a way, this is good as it helps the Manager to see if some assistance is required for you. For example any special seating or desk requirements.
