To be honest there is nothing that I can say that is bad about the benefits package at Austin Fraser. They look after you
It's flexible. I'm really happy that the things that are important to me are also available to me. The only thing I don't have that i'd be interested in is dental cover.
Great commission structure and lots of fun incentives including holidays, lunch clubs and rewards
Fantastic benefits package and really look after all staff right from new staters to principle consultants.
Benefits were good overall, remote working arrangements could be clearer
Great Business with great Benefits that get better over time.
Great benefits package including uncapped commission, car allowance, healthcare, annual leave that goes up to 30 days a year with time served plus incentive holidays and lunch clubs.
Uncapped Commission, Car Targets, 3 Holiday Targets a Year, Monthly Lunch Clubs, Continuous Training & Coaching, Career Development, Flexible Working with Promotions, Monthly & Yearly Awards.
Vacation days are good but it's discouraged to take them. The other perks pale in comparison to other companies. Very poor indeed.
Uncapped commission, company car targets, holiday incentives, lunch clubs... The list is endless
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
