Generous base salary, good uncapped commission plan, stock plan and health benefits - targets pretty high to match company growth ambitions
Best is the Stocks you are eligible to get. Worst might be that there are not available options to turn your overtime to vacation times. (At least for now)
Good comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Pension and Life cover. The Share Purchase Plan is a fantastic benefit that can really add to your earnings.
Flexibility is awesome. I can start the day early and get work done, or I can stay late to finish something. The medical, dental, legal coverage is good, not necessarily better than other companies that I worked for in the past.
Good: Pension contributions, stock scheme, 30 days vacation. Poor: office culture & amenities, very poor investment in developing skills (training)
