Holiday entitlement is reasonable and increases with length of service (additional days can also be purchased), depending upon role time off may be restricted during peak periods. Private health insurance is available to most roles. Company pension contributions have been reduced recently and are now below market.

The good thing that there is a pension scheme and some sort of healthcare also. But most of the benefits are vouchers
Salary is very competitive for the area

The hours were long and there was indeed extra pay for overtime but the basic rate was pretty low.
