The good thing that there is a pension scheme and some sort of healthcare also. But most of the benefits are vouchers

Salary is very competitive for the area
Car rental discounts, though they could be more generous.
The hours were long and there was indeed extra pay for overtime but the basic rate was pretty low.
They never pay bonuses always promise never do. No perks with them directly and the environment to work in is biased, discriminate and rude.
Rental cars in a really low fares, Insurance, working from home.

I didn't qualify for benefits as i was a contractor. This question does not apply to contractors. Staff received generous benefits
Pension and private medical good. Bonus structure poor and inconsistent. Car allowance ( no company car) poor considering the industry!
