‘10% Discount is the best benefit, apart from that no real other benefits. ’
‘As long as your contracted hours are complete they don't generally mind what days you work, depending on your ability ’
Was alright to work for them
Fantastic service with the my staff shop and retail wellbeing packages
10% staff discount, family members can also use this discount.
Parking, canteen, flexible hours, discount card
The new my staff shop benefit is a good idea. Although we have a compassionate leave benefit in place it only pays part time staff for one day comparionate Leave. This so unfair as most as employees are only on part time contracts and cannot get bigger contracts.
there is no benefit package
I shop at B & M regularly so the 10% discount is very handy. I've been told that eventually my kpi's will be used to determine salary increase which is fair
Best: Minimum/ living wage, 28 days holidays, employer contributions, discount card, opportunity to move higher. Bad: 1 discount card,
Hard work for low pay but progression is fast if you are willing to put the work in
10% discount in B&M and Heron Foods. Standard 28 days holiday. Sometimes B&M get discount at theme parks and caravan sites and mobile phones for employees. Childcare vouchers through your wage. Bereavement leave is 1 day for immediate family- which is very poor
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
