Decent package that covers a number of areas.
Excellent pension scheme, with flexitime benefits and work from home capabilities. Only downside is they are unable to sponsor FTC personnel for professional qualifications
Terrible pension package. Everything else industry standard
You have to pay for any "perks". And it's not cheap. But some "perks" can be used before tax deduction, which can be good. Health care, for example, is not included by default, and you have to pay for it. There is absolutely no TV licence discount of any kind.
There are no benefits... you get your base salary and that is all.
No bonuses. Good corporate benefits. Pension scheme is really good.

their holidays and life to work ratio is really great and I love their hokiday quota system as its really effective and delightful
