‘It is clearly defined in the policy, the criteria which needs to be met to qualify for sick pay, however it also grants your HR manager full discretion, who then promotes themself to a medical proffessional and decides you will not be paid it unless you ignore your own doctor. I healthcare company who disregards its own employees health.’
Overall package rewards individual and company performance
Is good benefits package but still changes every year due to acquisitions & scheme allignments
Good package such as car allowance, private health and dental insurance too.Professional fees paid for also. Good company to work for.
The best thing is the Success-share bonus paid just before christmas. Like most companies, they dont call it a christmas bonus so that they can adjust it as they wish. It dwindles by the year however, and probably wont be around much longer. The latest one equated (in real terms) to around £30 a month, which when you consider what is needed to achieve it, just isn't enough to stick around.
Decent holiday's and hours per week. Salary is not competitive and working environment is soul soul-destroyingly corrosive.
everything a modern employer offers.
