There's a varied selection, including what you'd expect from a Corporate: Healthcare, pension etc
Pension is average: 5% company contribution. No car/car allowance. Bonus not based on individual performance, full bonus rarely paid and unrealistic targets. Salary is ok for outside London, but there is a lack of transparency. Flexible working is great, but depends on team.
I haven't faced anything negative in the 2 years I have worked for BGL. Managers are always helpful and friendly, support is provided when required.
The benefits at BGL are broad and practical. They are especially good for maternity. Gym and massage are available.
Generous benefits including private healthcare for managers and above, good matched pension contributions up to 5% of salary, flexible working (up to a day a week from home), lots of discounts and offers, Meerkat Movies and Meals for all employees.
Fantastic benefits with free fruit and an on-site restaurant with healthy options. On site Gym in Peterborough with trainers is fantastic
Best At desk massages Wellbeing programme On site restaurant Monthly FAB draw Awards ball Family Fun Day
Excellent benefits package with the option to be flexible to your needs. Onsite gym at Peterborough and the option for Gym Flex if another gym is preferable. Great wellbeing offering including subsidised osteopath, reflexology and relaxation massages that can also be claimed back on healthcare cash plan. Good holiday entitlement which increases the longer you're here as well as the option to buy/sell. Although lots of places have standard 30 now with increases. Flexible and remote working are key drivers to the business and they strive to ensure you have a great work life balance. Only thing I'd say is sickness policy isn't great and needs some improvement.
Very varied benefits package - something for everyone. Sick pay needs a big improvement though.
- Good holiday allowance with the ability to buy extra - Free fruit - Subsidised canteens and coffee shops - Team offsites and team building days
